Can i be completely honest? as a novel reader i don't really like the art style?? I mean it's decent but it feels kinda underwhelming? the novel is phenomenal, the world building, the writing are close to perfect, it has so many layers and it deserves art that actually captures the darkness of the story itself. The art feels way too lighthearted, when the plot isn't in the slightest and I seriously wonder how are they gonna show some of the extremely disturbing scenes from the novel. Well, that's just my opinion but when i heard manga adaptation i thought of something like Lost In the Cloud quality (that's on me for assuming lmao). Still im gonna keep reading cause i want to see how it goes further, I just wanted to share my opinion no one's obligated to agree with it or to pay it any mind ijbol
I felt the exact same way. I thought it should atleast have love history's standard of art. They could have added so much more imagery and stuff here. The art is incredibly underwhelming for a story as interesting as healer. Smuts get such good artists yet healer only got this. Disappointed

idk maybe put that energy to the piece of shit putting him all these situations MC honestly has shit luck and is surrounded by selfish people. he's just kind and in love w a bad person
I put that energy in both cause they're both stupid lmao. mc himself realizes there's problem with his behavior but can't grow a backbone to save a life. sure ml's personality is terrible af and he creates all these situations to put the mc in the tight spot i completely agree, but mc still riding his dick and falling for his traps, despite knowing there's smth wrong and he shouldn't do that gets me. Being kind is one thing but not being able to stand up for yourself is completely different
anytime he does try to stand up for himself ML basically manipulates the situations to get what he wants out of MC. ML gave a job to him to keep him close. MC is just trying to do a good job (and also doesn't wanna see his crush bang a bunch of other ppl lmfao) but ML is a brat who's just like "either i keep going to these orgies without a care for my reputation or you sleep with me" so it's not like he really has a choice. i mean MC could try finding another job but i don't think ML would allow that bc he wants to see MC suffer for whatever
