They keep making it look like Letio is the real villain, but the are both bad. They are both willing to kill and sacrifice others for personal gain. Just one knows better, but is also trying to keep themselves safe while the other doesn't and is trying to keep the main character safe. I'm getting a little annoyed how the story is making it look like Letio is so much worse too make the Duke look better.

I dont think so. They are completely different. The prince grew up and to this day faces life threatening events and has to survive. They are not the same. And lets not forget that she is using him too. To survive. Let's not forget the fact that she is deceiving him too. That she entered that duel not out of the goodness of her heart but because it suited her. Because she lost his trust. She decieved him and had to manage the situation. So her and the prince are alike. Whereas the other one is just a psychopath with stalkerish tendencies
A member of a court brings up something without any proof, the king should punish them. There wasn't even rumors before and bringing up something like this without proof could start a war and what is to stop anyone else to make ridiculous claims against anyone else. Its not even a good defense since the girl from the other world is not a noble. This chapter makes me mad because it assumes I'm dumb.
All I can think of while reading this story is what if this is a cycle of those two constantly hurting each other. The sister has her killed, ML gets revenge by killing sister who then somehow goes back to get revenge by killing ML. I dont think that is where this story is going, but it won't leave my mind.

Leaving doesn't make any sense. If she wanted to figure out how to return to her own world that would be one thing but she is not from this world and was either brought here for a reason or she is having an elaborated dream, so why should she leave. Why is she even from another world, not much of the story would change if she was just a kind girl from this world.
I think it makes perfect sense. She is not attempting to go back to her world at all, all she can focus on is preventing his "bad end" and make him happy so if she is holding him back, the best thing to do is leave because ultemately her number 1 goal is his well being
You misunderstood, she is not from this world, if she was going to leave it would make much more sense to try to get back. Otherwise why not stay to make sure he is not killed. If I woke up in the world of a story after being amazed I would be horrified and scared and want to get back. However if I had the opportunity to save my favorite character I would want to, but if leaving would save the character I would want to go home. Also I'm not saying i hate this story, i just like it enough to want it to be better.

I just wanted to say for all the comments that are upset about the recent updates, the mangaka has stated that this has been a hard year for her, her dog has been really sick and has just passed away. That being said I don't think it's because she is tired of the manga and has no more ideas, but she is not at her top game. I think she wants to give this story a good ending and not a rushed one and a lot of things seem to be coming to light or is being set up to be revealed. If it really gets better only time will tell, but I personally will finish this story until its end and judge it then.
Let's be real, people have a reason to be upset about the updates. This isnt really about recent updates either. Skip beat used to be a top 10 manga with the shonen jump giants and back in ten and kyoko were disguised as brother and sister, it was at it's peak. Ever since that arc finished the plot hasn't moved anywhere substantially. What makes it worse is that skip beats updates once a month and the amount of content you get is something you'd expect in a manga that updates weekly. It been ~6 years and the plot hasnt moved. I think people would be happier of the mangaka announced she had to take a personal hiatus for whatever reasons and heal and recuperate instead of putting out releases that seems empty.
I agreed with the comment above. There's little to no progress even with the monthly updates. I'm fine with the release dates but the story should have at least something to tell. Kyoko's career and relationships hasn't moved one bit. It's still at the same stage lots of chapters ago. I'm sad the author's sick but the manga has been at its low for a very long time. Hope she and her editor think of something to speed up the pacing at least.
I disagree that the plot hasn't moved forward in 6 years. The Cane siblings plot ended 4 years ago ish and there has been two arcs since then. One Arc I agree was not that good dealing with Petty drama but the other Arc was about kyoko's Mom and dealing with the trauma of that. Those still the Cane arc was much better than that one it's was something that was needed in kyoko's life to move forward.
I went back and reread the entire story just because so many people kept saying that they did not like the change in art style. I did see a subtle difference but I have seen more difference in long-running stories by the same author than I did here. I don't see the problem.

There are many comments about the author being Islamiphobic and it is possible, but you are taking the word of a random person you don't know who saw it on Twitter from another random person you don't know who translated another tweet claiming it was from the author in a language you don't know (probably). Again not saying it's not true, but this is a lot of easily misinterpreted information that could have been twisted. You can stop reading if you want, but I'm sure there is a lot more to the situation then is being led if it even happened at all. However it still seems the author is twitters new villan of the day.
