it's so obvious that ml likes moon, he is just in denial. he paused when his ex said "if you like someone, don't you get jealous" something like that. and i have a feeling it's the ml who fell first. he is not aware of his feelings, bro even had the audacity to say "i am not your parent why would i do that" when he literally acts like that towards moon.
