I really want to start doing translations for webtoons - not to post on here (yet), but to post on an instagram account. I don't speak any other languages except English, so I have to use google translate. Are people really put off by this? I'm not the kind of person who dumps text straight from the translator into the webtoon, so it will still read coherently, and I will do as much research as possible to make sure things like names and other details are carried over correctly.

So how do people here feel about this? Especially after the plauge of S2manga updates have started I really want to give it a go!

(btw i dont speak like that all the time I just wanted to give a demo of my english proficiency lmaoooo (● ̄(エ) ̄●) )

hi i’m korean and i’m assuming webtoons that you are going to do are korean so i just wanted to warn you that google translate korean sucks and doesn’t make sense and not mention that our language has a different sentence structure so keep that in mind and good luck!!

As long as it's coherent and make sense, it's good enough. If you're planning to translate from Japanese, I suggest using Systran and DeepL while if it's Chinese, just depend on DeepL and Google Translate if it doesn't make sense!

Ok I'll make sure not to use google translate! Yeah if I remember correctly Korean goes Subject-Object-Verb so it is quite different from English! Thanks for the advice!!! (⌒▽⌒)
