Its a shoujo manga about the mc(i forgot if they were a girl or a boy) who moves to the countryside bcz of their sickness and while they were on the hospital they met someone, and i forgot if they ended up together but what i remember from the ending was that the mc’s illness was cured and they gave their love interest flowers (possibly a sunflower i forgot) and left the countryside. And then timeskip to when the mc visited the countryside again and when they went to check for their love interest in the hospital they found the flowers that they gave them
