That's normal with manhwa artist, the usually do a few fine changes to refine the character's design

for me its not wrong that hazuki got mad because naoto is clearly 'too friendly' to ppl even strangers. not to forget that alpha in the omegaverse are possesive asf. i think the 'not done enough' feeling hazuki had is the main cause why he suddenly burst out like that.
