Someone wasn't reading the main story. You're one of those freaks who thinks every short people with rounded features are kids. This MC is actually 20 or above that, author describes him looking like a girl, nowhere did a character or someone said that he looks like a kid, they literally dressed him into a girl's clothes for a blind date because he literally looks like a girl. The artstyle is just the way it was, unlike other BLs that are very detailed, beefy, and muscular, this one lacks details, rounded face and soft blended.
