(I'm a guy if you're wondering) Ever since I was young I was constantly bullied by my brothers and I woke up to my parents fighting everyday since I was 4 years old to the point where I'm traumatized. Whenever someone starts a fight or shouts at me I involuntarily start crying (defense mechanism from my brain idk maybe because they always take out their anger on me). I bottled up these emotions for so long and I felt better after telling my friend. So yall can share stories of how you grew up in toxic environments like me. It will make you feel better trust me. I don't even know I had the courage to ask a question( I'm introverted as f*ck) here but I'm afraid there are people out there who think they are alone. Sorry for writing so much ┗( T﹏T )┛!
