The only one who had a son here was the company chairman's best friend, the blue-haired co-founder of the company, who fathered the ML and abandoned both him and his mother, before he died. The secretary's brother didn't have any son, he only had two illegitimate kids with the wife of the red haired co-founder of the company, and his kids were only Sera and her twin (the mc).
The only thing that both these two dead guys (the secretary's brother, on one side, and the company's co-founder with blue hair, on the other) was that both had illegitimate kids before they died, and that they had an unexpected early death.
