All y'alls thoughts and comments are so shallow and superficial that starting a discussion feels so brain-dead and exhausting. The flag system people rely on for character analysis and plot discussions is so damaging to the point where none of y'all are open to learning things about the character's intentions and action from a different angle and this just further perpetuates harmful stereotypes against BL as a genre.

I wasn’t go in debt with this one since I’ve read it like a week ago and already forgot it cause how actually boring it was. But the thing is people always going to have different taste. Some people like the slow paste and like to torture themselves through a mid story just hoping that it might one day get better. And some choose others that suits their taste since there’s definitely a good bunch out there. And the fact that people mostly didn’t go through this one should tell you something, either this is shit or hasn’t reached its peak yet. It’s just taste and patience love don’t get too hung up on it love.
And it’s not the flags yes the ml was a dick. And I definitely love my fair share of dicks lol but the story is just so slow flowy shit that I just couldn’t
I totally agree with you, i really hate when readers only analysis of the characters is "red flag" "green flag" "black flag" "white flag" "yellow flag" or whatever shit is that. It takes away the complexity of the character and only box them in a lame ass label.
