but fr fr sometimes when a manga gets boring or you've been reading for too long its only natural to want a change of pace or be interested in another manga and the how to stop it part welp I guess committing to finishing the manga you're currently reading, setting deadlines for yourself to finish a certain amount of chapters and just trying to control the voice in your head that tells to stop this and start something else
