not trying to defend yohan but y’all this is the tip of the iceberg. and yeah if it wasn’t obvious already he’s lying about wanting to make up bc of his dad. he’s been in love with jun literally since he first saw him he’s just crashing out bc he feels desperate for juns affection and he wants some sort of sign that it’s al least somewhat mutual and that jun wants him just as desperately as he wants jun. he wants proof that jun actually likes him and isn’t just using him for a good social position in school. the fact that jun isn’t begging to be by his side again and is actually able to make new friends (jaehyun) and survive on his own is scary to yohan. he doesn’t feel like jun actually likes him and now he feels like he isn’t needed either so he’s losing it. (minor spoilers) it’s revealed later that affection is something that has to be “earned” in yohans home and yohans dad always makes his kids feel like he prefers their other siblings so they remain desperate for his approval which is why yohan is so desperate for affection and to feel like he’s the most important person to jun. again not trying to defend him i just think he’s a really interesting character

i think there’s a missing chapter. from the raws i remember there being a whole chapter of anri manipulating the whole court

feels like the author just got sick of writing this so they just threw together some bullshit ending

around the beginning of the year on twt the author said it should be returning around early 2026 so i think it might’ve gotten pushed back a bit. i checked their blue sky and they last posted 2 months ago so maybe they’re focusing on this? idk maybe im being delusional but i have a feeling it’ll come back soon

it’s been almost a year since the last update…

i think he’s either a dev or another player from the past bc:
1. his character design stands out too much compared to the other npc (you could say that’s for the purpose of this webtoon since he’s the mc)
2. he has no knowledge or memories of the village seemingly. if he was an npc who’s only purpose was to deliver exposition for players wouldn’t he know at least a little something about the curse? or wouldn’t he know the villager npc? or mention the village?
3. this game clearly has some sort of potential reward for completion which is why songchan wanted to be the only one to finish and probably why the rest of the cast started playing in the first place.
4. one of the main things that set bada and doha apart is that doha can kill the killer which makes you assume that only players can kill the killer but npcs can’t but i don’t think that assumption is right either since we haven’t seen anyone else kill the killer besides doha. i think each character falls under a certain “class” or has a certain “skill” which needs to be used to finish the game. doha takes out the killer which buys them time, bada is knowledgeable about the genre and is often the first to figure out the mechanics and puzzles.
i’m sure there’s more evidence that other people have noticed so feel free to add more!!

i hate how mieum is infantilised so much i know it’s not just an issue in this story and that a bunch of others are like this too but man im just so tired of the tall ultra masculine alpha top and the short helpless omega bottom who can’t do anything without the top. not to be the friend who’s too woke but why do people project their (honestly misogynistic) heteronormative ideals on queer characters/ stories?
