Yes, he will appear once in another arc (shortly), but he'll get less exposure due to other things in the plot and stuff. And yes that's much of it. But once it hits a certain arc, he'll appear more, but for the mean time, it'll focus on Bai Liu, the games, side characters. It's a bit slow and long
