It's not about when you joined but when you started adding to your lists and also if you rated the manga in your lists or not. I don't have the link but lots of the recent topics will have the FAQ link going around, just be Patient I'm sure they'll come around eventually

basically, glitch happening, lists poofed, slowly being worked on and coming back. it will take time, it's coming back though. other glitches are happening because of it, site is slow, log outs happen. don't mess with your list until all clear is given so you don't frustrate yourself if more glitches happen and you have to redo it all a second time. use your browsers bookmarking system for now. that help?
