Ren asked the duke about his past relationship and turned out Gisel is a virgin that hasn't even kissed anyone before so Ren offered to teach him so he wouldn't be clueless for his next marriage, Ren slowly realized he might have feelings for Gisel and asked him to sleep with him.
Their first time was a disaster because both were clueless about gay sex and didn't do any foreplay and they had to stop midway because it hurt Rensly too much
