Do they end up like izumis parents?
From what I remember, izumi becomes crippled after a car accident, and he can't play soccer anymore. Koji and Izumi get seperated cause of that incident, and koji becomes hella depressed, but then they eventually reunite in the last chapter uploaded here.
No, the protagonists won't end up like the parents of Izumi. Both will end up being a couple with a less toxic relationship, and Izumi confesses his love to Kouji admitting that he loves him too.
