Whenever I get nausea or stomachaches, classical/romantic era music always makes me feel better. Not sure why, it just has a calming effect on me. Anything else (ESPECIALLY music with lyrics) just makes me feel antsy or restless. Composers like Bach, Chopin, Schubert, Tchaikovsky, etc. If music doesn’t work, nature sounds or baking/cooking asmr?......   reply

Listening to sad/break up songs calms me down or aesthetic songs. Sometimes rap music also helps me :) The lyrics for the songs I listen to reflects on how I am feeling like// like I need u by keshi, Dead to me by Kali Uchis (I recommend all of Kali Uchis songs they are so good) or Pretty girl by Clario\   1 reply

I just lie on my bed and turn on my mini disco ball while listening to some sad ass music. It usually calms me down :). Usually Afraid by the Neighborhood, any jack stauber song, 505 by the Arctic Monkeys, and any Orange Rex County song   1 reply
