alright so maybe have your friend distance herself from discord for a month, as someone whose been on discord for the past 2 years of their life i suggest it, ive taken multiple breaks from discord and its helped quite a lot, yes i still go on every once in a while to talk to some friends, then i leave for a couple days, its nice. reply

I think ur friend needs to take time off discord, ill share my pov since it may be similar to ur friend's. When i started touching discord, i was emotionally invested in it, like SO invested i spent a shitton of money buying roles on my fav server and made lots of friends, it was fun and i felt free.
