I had anxiety and depression. I didn't want to do anything but I felt like if I didn't do anything I would be pathetic and everyone would hate me, however for me everything that I did was wrong so it was better if I didn't do anything, but if I didn't do anything I would feel pathetic........
I was basically stuck in a loop of suffering.
