I have friends who have it, and they tell me that it's super annoying ESPECIALLY whilst it's healing- They would complain to me about how much it hurts whenever the piercing would get caught on their jeans and tops. It would also happen when taking out the washing basket it, and would get caught in the holes and pull at it.

Piercings do hurt to an extent, but barely in MY experience. If anything, it’s a sharp pinch then a pressure.
I have two cartilage piercings on my right ear, both lobes pierced, my nose pierced, and I’ve had my labret pierced twice because the first time I accidentally ate the piercing.

I got mine pierced a couple of months ago and I found it to be worth it. It’s not super painful, but it will be sore for a while, especially if you wear anything that might rub up against it or get caught on it while it’s healing (i.e. jeans, any kind of non-stretch pant, short, or skirt, tight shirts, etc.). I got 3 ear cartilage piercings done with gun. Of the three, one healed very poorly. It gave me immense discomfort while sleeping and got infected. I had to replace the piercing earing with gold earrings so it wouldnt irritate. Even removing the earrings for one night will close it up. I don't have one myself, but I know several people that have gotten one. I've never heard anyway say that they hurt that bad to get it pierced. However, I have heard that they get infected really easily and that it hurts when it's infected. reply
Hi! I recently had my tongue pierced a few weeks back. In my opinion, it hasn’t affected my teeth in any way. I’d recommend taking it out when eating some foods but as long as you don’t grind it on your teeth you’ll be perfectly fine! I hope that helps :) ヽ(*´з`*)ノ 3 reply
