I wouldn't recommend to pierce ANY part of the body with a gun. When I was younger, even nose piercings were done with guns at the jewelry shops- and I was dumb and not informed enough to let them do this to me, also on my lobes. None of these gun-shotted piercings lasted. Even now, from time to time, the area tends to various problems, such as ski...... reply
Yes, I did. I got my helix piercing by having it done via gun. It was no pleasant experience.... Initially, I had absolutely no issues at all. Piercing it didn't hurt (but then again, my pain level is something...). For the first 6 weeks or so, it was pretty okay. But after that, I had so many infections, it was no joke. At 16, my sister took me to a ghetto piercing store that looked like some creepy killers workshop. That didn't stop me from wanting to get double ear piercings. So I got them. I was in excruciating pain all day and when I finally took them out, they bled like hell and I got one gigantic gnarly scar on my left ear that had to be surgically removed ...... 2 reply
I was wondering if anyone could tell me about their experiences with nipple piercings. Healing times, problems, benefits etc. I've already had a bunch of different piercings. I have my septum pierced, an industrial piercing, used to have a nose piercing, 2 cartilage piercings and 2 on my lobes. I'm used to piercings but from research it seems that nipple piercings are quite different.
u shouldn't really pierce with a gun... a gun can be very agressive and damaging, I got my first nose piercing with a gun and it didn't go well.. when I got it repierced with a needle along with my cartilage I noticed a big diffrence with the healing and scarring. 3 reply
I have mine on the cartilage and was pierced by a gun. I just got it last month and so far nothing bad is going on. It also doesnt hurt when i press it kinda lightly so i think it is healing pretty well. The woman just said after i got it done is that apply baby oil to it reply
