Oikawa looked behind him at the nurse. She shook her head. He turned and looked ahead, biting his lip. "Just down the hall and to the left...down the hall and to the left...into room 1" said the nurse
"He's...happy right? I cant bear to face him one last time" Oikawa asked with tears in his eye.
"He just kept calling for you. At night he'd wake up and start shouting your name. We figured...with what little time he has left...your face would bring him peace." said the nurse
Oikawa wiped his face and entered the room,
"F-f-ferb"
Ferb's eyes fluttered open. They were faded, they had lost that glow Oikawa had come to love over these last thirteen years. Oikawa smiled, though it was not one to help anyone. Ferb's eyes fluttered, "My life is ending soon, but you,you have a great life ahead of you. Watching you play volleyball on the hospital TV was the highlight of my dull life in the hospital. I don't want me to keep pulling you down anymore. You deserve to be happy. I loved you Oikawa!" weeped Ferb. His eyes rolled up and his body started to turn cold
Oikawa sat their crumpled up into a ball, crying. For the last 8 years he had been coming to see Ferb in the hospital. There was once a time where their love was at its peak, but after Ferb got ill things weren't the same for either of them. Things went difficult, but Oikawa still stayed by his side...
