I understand the Asian culture is very image/body conscious and even has regulations in place regarding weight. So when many here say not to worry, I can see it may be difficult for you. While I agree with the many words of encouragement I also understand not everyone aims to be the new beacon for change and may just want to get by and be accepte...... reply
yeah im agreeing with everyone else here you shouldn't be aspiring for some "ideal" weight. forget about the number on the scale and focus on improving your body so that you feel healthy and happy.
motivation for exercise, i would probably suggest to have long term and small term goals. decide what you ultimately want to achieve. and to get there...... 3 reply
I'm 1m 67 i'm 55kg and i'm really skinny, i have a friend (same eight) that is 65 and she's smil too, so in the end it all depends on your anatomy, is it 65 kg of fat? muscles? bones?? (yes some people have heavier bones XD)

I don't know if you know this but we don't lose weight just through exercising. You should be able to eat the things you like through reducing your calorie intake.
In fact, you will lose more weight by tracking your calories as opposed to exercising them off.
Also! Definitely try to eliminate added sugars from your diet since sugar brings unnecessa...... reply
Get a gym subscription. I don't know how things are at your country with mrs rona going bananas, but if you can go outside then you better get a gym subscription.

You're already starting off in the wrong mindset. Getting stuck on ''loosing'' weight can lead you into an eating disorder. Exercising means you GAIN muscle, happiness, stamina, health, and a routine.
Eat anything your heart desires in moderation and you will be good. You don't need to ban anything from your life - and it's not a ''failure'' when...... reply
Really really want to say this but the weight most asians aim for are considered to be UNHEALTHY!! In my opinion, I really absolutely don’t care about the weight, I would much rather be FITTER, instead of skinnier, bc if you worked out a lot, you would gain muscle and muscle is denser than fat, so technically you can look skinnier but weigh the s...... 2 reply
One thing. Please, please don't go for the "ideal Asian weight" as it would make you severely underweight, anorexic even. And I've checked your BMI, you're still in the healthy "normal weight" range. You can try burning off some fat by eating healthy and exercising (do something that is fun for you, if you don't like standard workout routines, find...... reply
