muscles weigh more than fat so if you're trying to gain weight you should try doing some exercises to build muscles- dont worry about bulking up youre a girl and a thin girl at that so your muscles wont really bulk up even if you wanted them to, but you can tone your muscles and gain weight with this. If you're going to gain weight do it in a healthy manner. Don't just eat a bunch of sugar and fast food. Instead drink protein shakes, drink milk often, eat rice often (but please don't over eat it. it can me really bad if you do), eat almond butter a lot or just almonds, have potatoes, eat Salmond, avocados or guacamole, cereals, veggies and fruit......   1 reply

I've gone through being fat and thin my entire life. Eat rice or anything with carbs.. And whatever it is that damn food should be yummy as hell.. Making you go and eat more.. do a workout every day, or jog a little every day. it doesn't need to be a lot, 7 minutes every day is enough! walk a lot! eat fresh foods, try to not eat just to eat! or.. like you can but.. at least then eat fruit or nuts or sum shit..   reply

Hi! As another commenter mentioned, I think the best thing to do is definitely watch what you're eating if you want to lose weight fast. Wow 10 pounds in a week is a lot! For me it's mostly about finding something you can stick to long term, whether thats a diet change, or exercise. Often when you lose weight fast it gets hard to keep it off if you aren't being consistent. I would look into a longer term weight loss plan and only try to lose 1-2 lbs a week.
