I wouldn’t think that is completely realistic. Those might be your natural proportions. It’s sounds like you already take care of your body well, so I wouldn’t worry about it.   reply

5.4", 48kg [Question]

My height is 163(5.4"?)and I am 48kg (I think around 103 pounds?) and I want to lose weight. ( - 5kg)
I know that am on the lighter side of what a 163cm person should be. But for some reason, I look larger than my actual weight. My thighs are very thick and my waist is just wide. But I do a lot of exercise and I play in team sports.
I'm being made fun of for having thick legs, and so I want to at least slim them down if I don't lose weight.
What are the most effective ways to lose weight fast? My goals are the lose 2kg a month at minimum. I'm a beginner at dieting and weight loss, are these realistic expectations?

When I was in high school I decided to lose weight so I started to "eat healthy, exercise", all in excess and I did not realize how much weight I was losing. Before I knew it I was already in anorexia, my parents and friends helped me with this problem, but it took me a year to recover. It is painful, so do not obsess about the shape of your body, ......   5 reply
