Being Sensitive

I don't mean to be nosy or personal, I'm just a little curious. I hardly ever cry, and the last time I had a "good cry" was in early February. Any other times were just me tearing up due to sad anime or something.

I don't express my emotions too often, and people tell me I seem careless and/or easy-going. I've never thought of myself like that tho? Tbh, I'm really sensitive and get embarrassed by everything. But like I said before, I don't express my emotions. I also can't word my feelings very well...

I suppose maybe it's because I get angry more often than getting sad...? I'm not too sure. Having a positive outlook is something fairly important to me. If I'm feeling unmotivated or down or worthless, I tell myself, "you're never going to get anywhere if you don't do something about it." or "being negative isn't going to help you accomplish anything."
But it's so cheesy and then I get super embarrassed even though I just said it in my head. ( >//< )

Ahh sorry for talking about myself for so long. But I really wanna know. How often do you cry? I feel kinda weird since I never cry and barely understand my own, and other's feelings. And if you don't mind me asking, what makes you sad?

I don't want to make anybody uncomfortable, so please please please don't feel like I'm pushing things out of you. Am I being annoying? Is t h a t annoying? Idk. I'll stop typing now. I hope you have a nice day or night.

so my dad leaves for years to go visit the secret family that broke ours. i was only 10, i liked my stepmum better anyways
she has been taking care of me since i was born
my mum, dad and her worked at the same stop and shop and they became friends. then my mum and my dad go together had me broke up then my dad had a kid with my stepmum
and i like that sibling better anyways.my little sister is 8 and the kid my dad had in Africa is 4 so yk thats how they sorta broke it off
but i could tell my stepmom didnt want to be with him anymore and i dont blame her
and my stepmom has a new bf whos nice and can actually drive
