I think with this one I'd advice your friend to keep her guards up regarding her boundaries, mental and emotional. I can't really say more on this one since idk either ur friend or her beau but there is an imbalance in terms of legal rights so I'd suggest keeping her patience and testing the waters till she went over 18 and going into 19.
