I don't know how to count cals but I usually make this when I'm sick so the taste isn't strong. I eat this with rice

If you can't understand the lecture, briefly read the subject in advance so you already have an idea of what is going to be lectured .
Also, try to sleep at least 8 hours, the brain has to rest. Try to also lay your head down between study sections (I used to do like 3 sets 25 min study-5 minutes 'sleep'- extracurricular for 2 hours - repeat study...... reply
I'll go through what I have to know for the exam and take notes with color and diagrams. If it's more of a comprehension thing, I'll then write the notes all over again on a different paper from memory and highlight what I got wrong along with the correct information. Then I'll try to check that once or twice before the exam, focusing on what I got...... reply
