At this point, this should’ve just become a straight manhwa because I genuinely think Olga and Taekjoo would’ve been a perfect match

I’m talking specifically about the Ajinoki arc, where the story is still mostly spy/action before the romance really kicks in.

Despite having that demonic monster Zhenya as her big brother, Olga is literally a sweet angel with a warm heart and so much humanity. When Zhenya leaves Taekjoo half-dead on the floor, Olga is the one who nurses him back to life. She sees his suffering, actually feels empathy for him, and helps him without expecting anything in return.

And Taekjoo returns that kindness too. When the FSB attacks the island while Zhenya is stuck in Moscow, Taekjoo saves Olga’s life. After living together in the same mansion and seeing how brutally Zhenya treats Taekjoo, Olga eventually helps him escape from her own brother. She even prepares a passport for him so he can leave Russia and return to Korea.

Like??? OLGA WAS ACTUALLY THERE FOR HIM.

She was the person who saw Taekjoo’s pain and genuinely tried to help him. And Taekjoo was clearly grateful for her kindness. If this weren’t a BL, I swear Olga and Taekjoo could’ve made so much sense together. She’s a noble lady, compassionate, protective, and she helped a helpless person simply because she knew he was suffering.

Sadly, the BL genre said “absolutely not, give him the psychologically unstable Russian man instead”

And then later, when Zhenya comes to Korea and helps Taekjoo escape from the people trying to kill him, he basically demands sex from Taekjoo in return for helping him.

So tell me I’m wrong, because honestly Olga × Taekjoo would’ve been SUCH a different story. They actually had mutual kindness and genuine concern for each other.

Would you have shipped them if this were a straight romance?

Do you like Yaoi because of the plot? Or because deep down you don't believe a man could ever truly love a woman the way men love each other in BL

I have some questions about this manhwa. If anyone read this, Please feel free to share your thoughts.

1. Did kang moo ever love kirin??
2.Did kang moo slept with the profiler ( the author showed them kissed)
3. Does kang moo care for kirin?
If kirin dies ,will kang moo ever feel sad or anything??
