Usually like harming myself or harming others. Like when I'm holding a knife it's like "hold the knife from the sharp side and cut yourself or squish the knife" then the other one is to like harm my dog or hitting the people around me :/ the other one is to like punch the mirror that's in my room or the wall, it's like urging but I dont wanna do it...... reply
