Paranoia can be a serious symptom when it's to this extent. someone already mentioned schizophrenia, and that might be the case although a psychiatrist is not likely to diagnose you at your age with it. I have not been diagnosed but I feel like there are cameras watching me in my room and I feel like they’re hidden in mirrors, paintings, books, door hinges, and some ornaments. Sometimes I can’t help it and I pull down the painting and put it under my bed but at other times I try to ignore my feeling because I know it’s a delusion.
