When I hear the door open and keys jingle. My mother sometimes brings home people that make me uncomfortable so every time i hear that i’m like “did she come home alone or is there another weird person in my space?” reply

Do you have that one trigger at home that makes you nervous or anxious. For example, when my parents yell out "ready?". In the past(and now), whenever my parents wanted to take my sister and I to a place we didn't like, they would say that in an enthusiastic voice. So now whenever I hear them say ready, my heart skips a beat.
