Shot to the head is the most guaranteed way. If you fall from high enough it's instant death but you risk surviving if your math is off. Overdosing on sleeping pills is probably the next best thing if you can't get a gun, although you'd better take way more than you think you need to be sure because nobody knows how you'll feel if you wake up. I guess the way my happy expressions look like. Every time I smile too much my eyes get squeezed, also my laugh is so loud and weird. That's why I tend not to smile or laugh in public and if I do, I usually try to hide it with my hand.
