I'm sure this isn't what you're looking for, but I'd say men can appreciate a toned body just as much as women do. Working out is also attractive from a personality perspective, since it shows ability to work hard and commit. As for if you should do it, that's down to what makes you happy. Some people do it because they like looking good, some want......   reply
