If the rape is portrayed as it should be portrayed I'm fine with it. The victim remains a victim and a rapist remains a rapist, they do not get together. I think that some of the authors who write stories about rape and actually romanticize it just don't know what they're doing and didn't do their homework.

I think a lot of people who enjoy the idea of non-consensual sex in fiction more like the idea of it being a "well-executed roleplay."
