Kay so I have an issue, I’m not trying to get professionally checked, but I’m curious if anyone has had any similar experiences before, or know what it is lol.

Aight so anyone be like out and about, then out of nowhere, everything kinda blurs or heavily contrasts and suddenly it feels like you’re in a dream. Like you aren’t in your own body, or like you’re not awake. Like you don’t feel yourself moving but you still do unconsciously. Idk this has been an issue for a while and I have no clue if it’s normal. Usually I can tell when it happens cause like if your in a lucid dream, you have the feeling that you know you’re dreaming, but even though I’m aware of it I can’t stop it or ‘wake up’.

But like the whole kinda out of body gets like forgotten, and then the next time I realized that it happened, I’m already back to normal and I have no clue how long that lasted or how much time passed. Idk I’m curious if anyone else has this happen and knows what it is lol ╮(￣▽￣)╭
