When you can move try getting something to heat up, like a towel, or smth ontop of your abdomen if you don't have a heating pad. Or stay in a position for a while and let your body heat up. Maybe take a nap or something. I don't know what else I can say because I don't have bad cramps most of the time. Hope you feel better soon reply

Don't stress out about it! Hormones are all over the place when a period starts, and even a bit before that.
Just relax whenever you can! And totally valid to complain, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

I hate my period sm man i feel sick and like i want to throw up no matter what i do even if it's just moving and i want to eat But everything smells bad or just the thought of food makes me want to throw up and i want soup i can't get rn anyway this had no point i just needed to conplain
