Jk, go out and travel nature. Japan's and south koreas country side is absolutely amazing. And if your too poor, go outside and walk during sunset. I do it while listening to music. It's calming and it ease my mind. honestly, if your not even motivated to do that then you can try to seek out help, like a therapis...... reply
