Well u can be both because bisexuality just means being attracted to more than one gender and pan sexuality means being attracted to people regardless of gender so u can be both at the same time or u can choose which ever fits u best good Luke and you don’t have to rush to label your self   reply

I'm not sure if I'm bi or asexual. Do I just like everyone so I have been desensitized of my feelings towards everyone or do I like no one and have no feeling towards them at all? ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ I say I'm bi since there's always a possibility of liking someone that much but I kinda don't want an overly sexual relationship... So, I still have n......   1 reply

Just asking out of curiosity. For context, I'm bisexual. I call myself bisexual for convenience's sake but I don't really care about labels that much. Personally, I take Robyn Och's definition of bisexuality as my own:

"I call myself bisexual because I acknowledge that I have in myself the potential to be attracted – romantically and/or sexually – to people of more than one sex and/or gender, not necessarily at the same time, not necessarily in the same way, and not necessarily to the same degree."

I like both cis and trans people. Trans and cis have the same genders so I count it as the same. I like non-binaries as well. But I still don't claim to be pansexual. One of the most common definitions of it, other than being attracted to all genders, is that a pansexual person is genderblind. That is, they would include neither gender or sex as determining factors in their romantic or sexual attraction to others.

For me, I use bisexual it is easier to explain and it has a longer history that I can relate to. And I don't believe bisexuality to exclude non-binary people since in this specific case bi can mean "two or more". But I want to know your opinions on it and, if you are either of those or any other sexuality under the bisexual umbrella, which one are you?
