tailor your resume to the job ad. you will only need to do this once for each job category.
read the description carefuly and ensure your 'experiences' or 'job history' match the keywords from the description, & explain how you have demonstrated results for each key requirements.

if they mentioned certain soft skills in the job posting, i try to add a bullet under stuff that's already there to relate to it (like if they want a good communicator who works independently and in teams, i'd put under a prior position some kinda info i frequently delivered and whether the work was with other ppl) 2 reply
How should I tweak my resume, what skills to add and do companies even appreciate us putting soft skills in our resume? Should I only put technical skills in? It's not a core related job title.
Go into healthcare. The healthcare field always has a deficit of workers no matter what position. I work as a rehab specialist and it is very easy to find a job and better yet, they are desperate for anyone so the interview process is easy. reply
does anyone here wants to quit their job? how do I deal with this feeling. Me and my work seatmate got into a fight and she's trying to outcast me and left me out here in our office. Any suggestion on what to do? I feel like quitting at this point. :-(
