What's your BMI?
For you who don't know, BMI is Body Mass Index.
I always want the body of female kpop idols since they look skinny lean. So I looked up for their BMI, and most of them have BMI of 16-17. Keep in mind that healthy BMI is 18.5 to 25.
That's why I want to attain at least BMI of 18 (Right now I am at 23). What's your BMI and goal BMI if you are also losing weight like me? i am just curious and looking for a weight loss buddy I guess.
My BMI is around 20 or so (I'm 19 and 157 cm). I don't particularly have a goal BMI as long as I'm healthy?
Because I work out a lot and I tone more than the average person, I also have more muscle, which is heavier than fat per volume. So I'm no longer very sensitive about my BMI/weight as long as I keep watch on my muscle/fat ratio. reply
generally speaking, bmi is not accurate measurement of being “healthy” or not. just look up articles about it and people are already discouraging the use of bmi since it doesn’t take into account everything when assuming a person’s state of health. reply
