I think it's absolutely horrible. Mental health is nothing to joke about, it isn't fun, it isn't a trend, and it isn't funny. Lots of people suffer from it and some take their lives because of it or hurt themselves. Anxiety runs in my family, I don't have it though but I've seen what it does to people.
