So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now. There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married. If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you. But honestly ? seriously? will you ?
I've been married for six years to a man I've known for 11 years now. The main reason I had to change my status was because of my own family. My aunt was already complaining how much of a burden I was, so I had to get out one way or the other. Luckily, that was the best choice I ever made. And I love how he still accepts my fujoshi tendencies whole...... reply
