Question
I am too scared to go to a physiologist or therapy because of past problems but lately i have been having a lot of problems with myself and cant deal with people and i can be with my family but get tired at least mentally and when I finally try to go to bed my thoughts fill my head and I have trouble sleeping and get really sensitive with certain words or places because I get reminded of my past issue that caused me to go to court. this all happen years ago but for some reason it still bothers me a lot. is this normal am I being selfish or is this just a phase? I don't want to ask people personally because I feel like they might think I am crazy so why not ask people who don't know me.

If you can’t go to a doctor/ therapist then write everything in a journal. Once you write it all down it will sort of leave your mind/you can deal with it better and you’ll probably be able to sleep. So basically ur sensitive or have some mental illness or somn. If you can’t talk to pros then write down ur thoughts speak ur thoughts to a pet to anything so that something will listen.
