Bruh really?
So my stomach felt weird this morning and then I had to go to the bathroom and guess what I find? I find that it’s my first period ;-; and there is so much damn blood and I’m just laughing I didn’t get cramps or nothing just a weird feeling in my belly and tell me what to do cause I have class still.
If it didn't bleed through your pants, use folded toilet paper temporarily. If you are physically at school, ask to go to the nurse. If you are at home ask your mother or sister for pads. reply
Chocolate helps A LOT. For me, I put something warm (like a heat pad, or a towel that's dampened with warm water, or even your hand will work!) on my lower stomach to help with cramps.
and please, for the love of god, please change ur pad and shower frequently, or else ur gonna smell like fish lols 1 reply

Wash away the blood first. 1 reply
get tissue put it in ur pants, get a jacket and wrap it around ur waist if u have stains or turn ur pants/skirt inside out if the inside/outside has no stains reply

Periods can also trigger diarrhea just as a heads up. Do some symptom googling. You eventually get the feeling of Premenstrual syndrome a few days before. I always know it's coming when I have a very particular brain fog and my breasts are sore. reply
