PLEASE HELP

Unfortunate ones! There is an emergency! I somehow have lodged my goblet into my rectum and it seems to not want to release itself from the clutches of my, excuse me, anus. It feels quite strange but rather nice.. BUT that is besides the point, please help me get it out!
