What was your very first anime and manga?

My first manga would be Guru Guru Pon-chan by Ikezawa Satomi. The first book was in my middle school library, so i read it. I couldn't find the rest as a hard copy anywhere, so I searched it on the internet. That is how I discovered mangareader, mangafox, etc. My first anime was Pokemon or Fruits Basket. Pokemon was dubbed, so I don't count it, but......   reply
