okay BRO, i’m using bro to make my question sound lighter cuz i hate sounding vulnerable and desperate so here we go bro. i keep forgetting to eat and when i do, i can’t find ANYTHING that i want to eat. i’ve always been a picky person but this is ridiculous. i’m literally eating BREAD right now. just bread. i’m like a medium sized person, and i’m losing weight and i don’t want that, even if it may sound good to some people. i want to build muscle not lose weight. bro. also if y’all have any simple recipes (i’m a terrible cook, so anything with a lot of ingredients i’m gonna suck at.) that i could make for like breakfast or lunch would be great. idk.
what kinda bread do u have? do u have toast? if yes, u can make "bread in a hole." u just make a hole in the middle and crack the eggs in that hole then fry it. u can also add cheese if u want. u can go from 1 toast and 1 egg or 2 toast and 1 egg, just make sure u dont burn them reply
