So I have had a friend for maybe like I dunno 4 years? She has helped me bet through so much in my life. I have come out to her as bi and she has accepted me. She has been there through my mother's sickness and my own depression and other issues. And she continues to be there for me... I got her a ring as a thank you, and now I am worried that she will think I am hitting on her. I haven't given it to her yet, but I would like to know if I screwed up by doing this. Please explain to me what I should do. xD help

Well, I don't think the ring is an issue, as long as you explain to your friend why you're giving it to her. Also, I recommend doing the explanation before presenting her with the ring, so she understands the meaning behind the present.
