i say this because a few weeks ago, a gay guy in my server got angry at me for saying it, and despite me explaining i wasn’t some straightie, he said he found it offensive so idk guys, what’s ur take on it?

Just because someone called you something offensive doesn't mean you get to reclaim it. I've been called the d-slur plenty of times but I don't get to reclaim it because I'm not wlw and therefore the word has nothing to do with me. No one gets to "reclaim" slurs that don't pertain to them...... 1 reply
